Absolutely love the knife, great for my needs as a bushcrafter, heavy enough to chop wood but light enough to clean and chop my steak afterwards.
This knife is the truth, my daddy always said it’s not a knife unless you’ve gotten some kind of cut from it!!😉😉😉. All my fault though!!

Just great and really sharp
Best knife we own now! It can cut through just about anything in the kitchen! Well-balanced and sharp. Paired with the olive wood cutting board, it’s an incredible prep tool for us!
We’ve never owned an olive wood cutting board and so imagine our surprise when this beauty showed up! We haven’t used it yet, but we bought food grade mineral spirits to season and seal it, and it looks even more gorgeous than when we first received it. Can’t wait to use it! A functional piece of art is always a great addition to any home.
I got this knife for my husband. He's been following The Nikos Knife page on Facebook for awhile now and raving about the knife he uses. He was so surprised and excited to receive this knife. It had a bit of weight to it, but it goes so well when it's time to cut. The blade is perfection! It's a beautiful and well made knife. I actually feel like calling it a knife is beneath it 😆. I will be back to buy the Melina knife and The Olive Board for his Christmas gift.
